Location: Fully remote based in United States (Eastern/Central Time preferred)
Salary: $170k-$200k annually plus equity

What you will do
- Set and reinforce clear expectations for excellence and accountability.
- Provide guidance to managers on organizational and people challenges.
- Lead performance management processes and equip managers to address underperformance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring processes.
- Oversee and improve HR systems, policies, and the employee handbook.
- Lead initiatives impacting business output, including job architecture and salary benchmarking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior HR or People Operations capacity.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law, EEO compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the SaaS industry or fast-growing startup environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with international HR operations (e.g., Canada, Europe, LATAM).
- Process improvement, systems implementation, or HR tech optimization.
