Salary: $170,000-$190,000 Range per annum

What you will do

• Support new hire onboarding programs and orientation experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally and with business leaders to ensure seamless employee experiences.
• Manage employee engagement, including milestone programs and culture-building efforts.
• Support employee relations matters by partnering with leaders on coaching and performance improvement.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate learning, development, and manager enablement programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Analytics, Communications, Social or Hard Sciences.
• 5 - 7 Years of Technical Client Group Support.
• 2+ Years of Experience in Large Enterprise.
• 2+ Years of Experience in a Start-Up (Series B, C, D).
