What you will do

• Facilitate monthly operations reviews to identify and close performance gaps across 11 business units.
• Analyze BU-level and consolidated performance data to identify trends and key growth drivers.
• Drive strategic planning, initiative tracking, and execution follow-through for the Vertical.
• Partner with BU leaders to improve KPI visibility, operating rhythms, and accountability.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting inputs.
• Prepare executive materials, QBRs, and strategic analysis for the President and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3–5 years of business analysis or audit experience, preferably with a public accounting firm.
• 1–3 years of experience in a high-paced, private equity-backed business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with a focus on technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in software or SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Pardot, or OneCRM.
