Location: hirify.global. Priority given to candidates in EMEA, though applications are welcome from all locations.

Salary: $45,000 — $101,250 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Global Payroll Implementation team to foster a culture of trust and accountability.
  • Own the delivery of global payroll implementation projects, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
  • Standardize and improve global payroll implementation processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams to enhance automation and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding implementation progress and risks.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams without micromanagement.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and working asynchronously.
