What you will do

• Configure and maintain Atlassian tooling spaces based on owner requests and identified improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate new technologies and features to integrate into existing workflows.
• Project manage cross-functional rollouts, monitoring progress, surfacing blockers, and coordinating across teams.
• Draft and format large-scale stakeholder communications based on leadership direction.
• Collaborate with Project Management leadership to implement and maintain standardized processes across the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Atlassian global administration experience, including making wide-impacting changes.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Background in working with Product, Engineering, or related functions preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Broomfield, CO office according to the hybrid schedule.
