What you will do

  • Lead GTM technology assessments for PE-backed portfolio companies preparing for sale.
  • Evaluate CRM, marketing automation, data architecture, and RevOps maturity.
  • Translate technical complexity into investor-relevant value drivers and risk mitigation themes.
  • Refine assessment frameworks, delivery methodology, and standardized playbooks.
  • Partner with leadership to develop PE relationships and own client accounts.
  • Manage practice P&L, revenue forecasting, and team development.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in technology consulting, private equity operations, or investment banking technology diligence.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to discuss value creation in EBITDA terms.
  • Proven executive presence and experience interfacing with C-suite and investors.
  • Builder mindset with a commercial instinct for advisory firm operations.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL or able to work from this location.
