Location: Remote, USA. Must be eligible to work in the United States; no employment visa sponsorship available.
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 base + equity

What you will do
- Build and own CRM architecture, data governance, and GTM systems for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Develop scalable analytics and reporting for lead generation, pipeline, retention, ARR/MRR/NRR/CAC/LTV, and forecasting.
- Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, and dashboard infrastructure for executives.
- Design compensation plans, territory models, quota capacity, and scenario planning with Finance.
- Oversee Deal Desk, Enablement, CPQ implementation, and GTM playbook development.
- Implement AI tools for forecasting, pipeline scoring, automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8-12 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy; 3+ years senior/director level.
- Deep CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred), forecasting, revenue metrics, GTM analytics.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS/PaaS/infrastructure companies supporting PLG and enterprise sales.
- Compensation/territory design, quota frameworks, cross-functional leadership.
- AI tools usage for operations and forecasting; successful background check required.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
