What you will do

• Execute the highest-priority non-AI strategic initiatives as defined by the CEO and COO.
• Structure vague mandates into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable workplans.
• Collaborate with the AI Transformation lead on initiatives combining AI deployment and operating model changes.
• Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority.
• Manage a diverse range of problems, including org design, M&A integration, and GTM strategy.
• Develop and communicate executive-level recommendations for the CEO, CFO, and Chief People Officer.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Significant industry experience within the technology or software sector.
• Generalist expertise across strategy, operating model design, M&A, GTM, or cost transformation.
• Proven track record of driving concrete outcomes and delivering results.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability among senior stakeholders.
• Must be located in the USA (specifically Atlanta, Hoboken, Richardson, or Sandy)
