What you will do

• Partner with Account, Legal, and Finance teams to architect SOWs and develop standardized pricing models.
• Manage agency-wide bandwidth, forecasting hiring needs and optimizing billable versus non-billable utilization.
• Standardize operational processes ("How We Work") and oversee the agency's tech stack, including Planful, Paycom, and Asana.
• Monitor account-level P&Ls to identify margin erosion and work with leads to course-correct.
• Act as the primary business liaison for the legal team to prioritize and submit contract requests.
• Lead the operational setup and onboarding for new high-value clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in agency operations, project management, or account leadership within the digital media or advertising space.
• Expertise in scoping complex digital projects and knowledge of standard media agency contractual structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive staffing insights from utilization reports.
• Proven experience managing junior Operations associates and building consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expert-level knowledge of ERP/SaaS tools and advanced Excel/BI reporting.
• Location: Must be based in New York
