Salary: $108,000 – $150,000 base pay + bonuses, commissions, and equity

What you will do
- Manage 30-40 commercial accounts in the SF Bay Area to exceed measurable sales objectives.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to address business needs for hybrid cloud and legacy IT systems.
- Engage with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista's value proposition.
- Partner with systems engineers to design and position cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and manage strategic channel relationships and account plans within the territory.
- Conduct demand generation activities including technology forums and lunch-and-learns.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of direct selling and exceeding targets within the assigned territory.
- Background in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industry.
- Strong existing rolodex and relationships within the greater San Francisco area.
- Technical acumen in Networking, SDN, Cloud computing, or AI.
