Location: San Francisco (onsite office environment). U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required (to comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations). Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as primary commercial contact, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and tracked to 100% closure.
• Lead responses to customer commercial requests and partner with Finance on revenue tracking, forecasting, and billing accuracy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by collaborating with engineering teams to understand satellite network mechanics and provide context to customers.
• Orchestrate across Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to prioritize customer needs and deliver services timely.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, project statuses, and commercial commitments.

Requirements

• 1-5 years in Account Management, Commercial Operations, or customer-facing role.
• Degree or background in technical field (Engineering, Physics, Math, or CS) preferred.
• Financial literacy and comfort with contracts and revenue tracking.
• Desire to deeply understand satellite networks and ask engineers detailed questions.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required.
