TL;DR

Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics (Digital Marketing): Leading analytics strategy and measurement frameworks for multiple client accounts with an accent on driving media performance and business outcomes. Location: Remote or Hybrid. Must be based in one of the following US states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.

Salary: $130,000-145,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead analytics strategy and design measurement frameworks aligned with media strategies and client goals.
  • Develop test-and-learn approaches and forward-looking analyses to drive decision-making.
  • Build and maintain queries, analyses, and models using media, behavioral, and performance data.
  • Support advanced initiatives such as media mix modeling and incrementality analysis.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, forecasts, and performance reporting using BI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve analytics operations and workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics or reporting, specifically in performance or marketing analytics.
  • Proven ability to design measurement frameworks across digital marketing channels.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL queries and data modeling from raw data.
  • Experience with data visualization, with Tableau strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce) and integration tools (Adverity, Fivetran, Funnel, or ChannelMix).
  • Must be located in one of the specified US states for employment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to media mix modeling and incrementality testing.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts.
