What you will do

• Own recurring marketing performance reporting for channels, promotions, and customer analytics, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Analyze KPI performance, investigate trends, variances, and drivers; escalate findings to manager.
• Execute campaign and promotional measurement, including post-event analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and validate reporting datasets and SQL queries using AI tools.
• Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards aligned with business standards.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and partner with stakeholders on requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years in marketing, financial, or business analytics (retail preferred).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong Tableau experience (dashboard maintenance and validation).
• Working SQL proficiency for large datasets.
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis and workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
