TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States; preference for West Coast)

Salary: $174,100 - $221,900

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end measurement framework for HCP and patient marketing journeys, connecting touchpoints to commercial outcomes.
  • Standardize KPIs (CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and funnel velocity) in partnership with the Commercial Analytics COE.
  • Design and maintain a world-class attribution approach and drive the roadmap toward causal measurement and incrementality testing.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing leadership to build ROI frameworks that inform budget allocation and channel mix.
  • Operationalize lead scoring, propensity models, and journey triggers via CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and facilitate monthly Growth/Performance reviews to drive optimization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and digital analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supervising a marketing or analytics department.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available).
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; experience with Python or R is strongly preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM and marketing automation ecosystems (Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo) and common media platforms.
  • Strong command of funnel analytics, attribution models, and GTM processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, or Healthcare.
  • Expertise in Marketing Mix Methodologies (MMM) and budget optimization.
  • Experience with causal inference, matched markets, and quasi-experiments.
