What you will do

  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards in DOMO to track KPIs including pipeline generation and conversion rates.
  • Develop datasets and dataflows in DOMO and Snowflake using optimized SQL to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze and document data flows between website, Marketo, and Salesforce to resolve attribution gaps and tracking blind spots.
  • Utilize the Salesforce data model to support reporting and improve data governance across the marketing tech stack.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing teams to deliver insights and support campaign planning.
  • Mentor stakeholders on analytics best practices and recommend enhancements to the analytics technology stack.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with DOMO or similar BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong proficiency with the Salesforce (SFDC) data model (Leads, Contacts, Campaign Members, Opportunities).
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics and demand generation strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Marketo as a marketing automation platform.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data stack tools.
