What you will do

  • Lead retail expansion by opening a high volume of new accounts weekly.
  • Build and manage partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B operators.
  • Own in-store execution including shelf stocking, inventory rotation, and POS compliance.
  • Activate the territory through demos, sampling events, and influencer engagement.
  • Track daily sell-in and sell-through performance using mobile CRM tools.
  • Manage lean inventory and handle direct store shipments to meet demand.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
  • Proven track record in DSD, route, or field sales within CPG, beverage, or tobacco industries.
  • Strong ability to acquire new doors and grow territory volume.
  • Proficiency with mobile CRMs and routing tools.
  • Physical capability to lift 40-lb cases and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • High school diploma or GED.
