What you will do

  • Prospect and close strategic wholesale and large chain retail accounts.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations covering pricing, margins, and volume commitments.
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies and joint business plans.
  • Build and manage a high-quality enterprise pipeline to unlock thousands of new retail doors.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to build executive relationships.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience closing large-scale wholesale or chain retail agreements.
  • Proven track record of landing multi-million-dollar accounts reaching 1,000+ retail doors.
  • Established executive relationships across regional and national wholesalers or large retail chains.
  • Strong command of margin management, trade-promotion mechanics, and joint business planning.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics platforms like Nielsen or IRI.
  • Must be based in the US and comfortable with 50–60% travel.
