TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales/Natural Products): Building and qualifying the sales pipeline for B2B industry events with an accent on lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM management. Focus on conducting cold calls, qualifying inbound leads, and scheduling discovery meetings to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid (must work in-person at least 3 days a week in the US)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + commission

What you will do

  • Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate and qualify new sales leads.
  • Manage lead data and track all client interactions using Salesforce CRM.
  • Research company profiles and decision-makers to create targeted prospect lists.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and transition qualified opportunities to sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the Finance department to resolve payment issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain resilience when facing rejection.
  • Must be based in the US to meet hybrid in-person work requirements.
