TL;DR

Senior Client Sales Executive (ERP): Driving revenue growth within an existing client portfolio and converting new organizations to active service clients with an accent on ERP, HCM, and CRM solutions. Focus on building mutual success plans, conducting discovery calls, and expanding account footprints through strategic upsell and cross-sell efforts.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 (plus commissions)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Identify and convert organizations currently using supported products but not yet working with the company.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop mutual success plans aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct discovery calls and coordinate product demonstrations with technical specialists.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers and Account Managers to ensure smooth internal handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and driving account growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or SaaS business applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP ecosystems.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot.
