What you will do

  • Respond to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through discovery calls and decision process
  • Prepare proposals and scopes of work in collaboration with creative leadership, then close deals and hand off to production
  • Serve as primary contact for pricing, scope changes, and contracts; build relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain sales playbook, proposal templates, client collateral, and CRM data accuracy in Airtable
  • Track sales metrics like conversion rates, lead sources, and deal velocity
  • Collaborate with producers and creatives to ensure realistic scopes, flag scope creep early, and propose process improvements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in producer, account management, business development, sales, or growth role, ideally at agency/production/creative studio
  • Background in film, video, or content production to understand shoots, edits, and creative timelines
  • Natural communicator: warm, clear, with strong written English and attention to detail
  • Highly organized, self-directed, proactive, comfortable in remote environment
  • Able to manage multiple deals and relationships independently
