What you will do

• Develop and execute commercial strategies targeting AEC consulting firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and project managers.
• Present tailored product demonstrations that align with specific client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside sales staff to drive adoption.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in the AEC, water, or wastewater sector.
• Proven track record of success in B2B or B2G sales.
• Strong understanding of AEC business models, workflows, and water utility challenges.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
