What you will do

• Coordinate release planning and execution across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Manage release schedules, deployment timelines, and milestones for embedded and cloud software.
• Lead go/no-go decision meetings, release status reviews, and post-release retrospectives.
• Oversee production deployments, rollback strategies, and contingency planning to minimize risk.
• Partner with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release reliability.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication regarding release status, metrics, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Release Management, Program Management, or Software Delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Jira, GitHub Actions, or Octopus Deploy.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and deployment orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms or embedded systems.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile.
