What you will do

• Own the technical lifecycle of client engagements from RFPs and solution design to production stability.
• Track delivery KPIs, including time-to-integration, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate client projects across pre-sales, integration, and deployment phases to ensure technical continuity.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for client CTOs, architects, and integration teams.
• Lead client onboarding, including API design reviews and SSO/connector setup.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 3–8 Solutions Engineers in Vancouver.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical delivery or solutions engineering within fintech, banking, or digital assets.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, SSO, containers, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in Agile methodologies (PMP, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada for hybrid work and local administrative management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, MiCA, FINMA, ISO 27001 / ISAE 3402).
• PMP, SAFe, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
