What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent complex projects, coordinating onshore and offshore teams including partners.
• Develop comprehensive project artifacts such as Jira backlogs, weekly reports, risk assessments, and Gantt charts.
• Manage project finances and margins, handling resource allocation through the Certinia PSA tool.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to provide delivery plans, timelines, and risk assessments during pre-sales.
• Engage with mid-to-senior level customer stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solution direction.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the engagement team.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously.
• Must be based in the Northeast US.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, ideally Certinia.
• Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, HR).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a Professional Services organization.
• Experience managing graph database projects (hirify.global, TigerGraph, JanusGraph) or NoSQL/Relational databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Technology.
