What you will do

• Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to ensure material availability for production and experimental builds.
• Generate and manage RFQs and purchase orders for electrical and mechanical components.
• Partner with vendors to secure competitive pricing, high quality, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounting.
• Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate risk and improve cost competitiveness.
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, ideally with Mechanical CNC and Electronics vendors.
• Background supporting R&D, New Product Introduction (NPI), or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel and data analysis skills.
