Salary: $143,000 – $179,000 USD

What you will do
- Configure conversational intelligence workflows to reinforce defined sales methodologies.
- Design standard processes for Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams to utilize CI insights at key milestones.
- Partner with Analytics & Operations to derive business intelligence from conversational data.
- Develop processes for using CI to audit CRM accuracy and pipeline health.
- Define and manage trackers and themes to provide visibility into market trends and gaps.
- Serve as a key business stakeholder for Business Technology to drive system optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design.
- Proven ability to build and scale sales workflows integrated with technical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and their operational translation.
- High-level familiarity with the CI landscape (e.g., Gong) and Salesforce.
- Expert ability to represent field and operations needs to technical teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze conversational trends for strategic impact.
