What you will do

• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute revenue modernization strategies using the AI Operating System.
• Map existing customer processes to AI-driven workflows to achieve tangible revenue outcomes.
• Execute change management and adoption initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms.
• Quantify measurable business outcomes and ROI using data-driven insights.
• Lead renewal strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and expansion.
• Collaborate internally across Sales, Product, and Support to ensure an exceptional customer journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of owning relationships with VP and C-suite executives.
• Expertise in leading value and ROI conversations with senior leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Must be based in the US.
