What you will do

• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design strategies for modernizing revenue operations via AIOS.
• Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
• Execute adoption initiatives and change management strategies to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms.
• Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
• Own the renewal strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams for growth.
• Collaborate internally to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of owning relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders and leading ROI conversations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Must be based in the US.
