TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States & Canada)

What you will do

  • Administer and integrate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay) and lead tooling decisions.
  • Build dashboards and analytical foundations to track funnel health and forecast accuracy.
  • Consult on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and segmentation to support expansion.
  • Design and execute onboarding and certification programs, operationalizing methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Partner with SMEs to produce sales-ready content and maintain a single source of truth for GTM playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations/enablement at a B2B SaaS startup.
  • Hands-on administration of HubSpot, Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards, forecasting cadences, and analytical frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience designing enablement programs that measurably improve rep ramp time and win rates.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience enabling sellers for developer, DevOps, or security buyers.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Commonroom, Chili Piper, or Outreach/Salesloft.
  • Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) motions and open-source commercial business models.
