Project Manager (Azure Cloud & Salesforce)

Project Manager (Azure Cloud & Salesforce): Leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning Microsoft Azure, Salesforce & Data Bricks with an accent on enterprise architecture guardrails, security/compliance, and organizational change management. Location: King of Prussia, PA. Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site.

Salary: $50 - $60/hr W-2.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Azure and Salesforce projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish project governance, cadence, RAID, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Drive business case development, OKRs/KPIs, and roadmap alignment to enterprise strategy.
• Champion Agile/Lean practices while integrating with stage-gate or hybrid models as needed.
• Lead discussions with product team on scope, requirements, training, change management, UAT planning and production deployment and user onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive IT project/program management with 3–5+ years leading Azure and Salesforce initiatives of enterprise scale.
• Proven delivery of multi-workstream programs ($1M+ budgets) with hybrid Agile/Waterfall governance.
• Strong understanding of Azure and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience with systems integration, data migration, and API-led architectures.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice to have

• PMP and/or PMI ACP, Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Scrum certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Architect/DevOps.
• Salesforce: Administrator.
• Experience with Terraform/Bicep, GitHub/ADO, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI.
