is partnering with the largest residential production home builder in West Michigan to find a high-impact sales leader.
What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to build a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Design and implement strategic go-to-market plans, including pricing, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Develop staffing strategies to support annual growth exceeding 400 homes.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on community launches and brand-level messaging.
- Analyze sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations to company ownership.
- Manage the full customer relationship from first contact through contract closure and escalation resolution.
Requirements
- Professional experience in residential home building sales with a private production builder.
- Proven track record of leading and growing residential sales teams in high-volume environments.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market sales strategies.
- Data fluency with the ability to build reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Experience with residential sales contract management.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
