What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct weekly 121s and design monthly development objectives and training sessions.
• Act as the primary escalation point and provide expert mentorship on hirify.global products.
• Translate strategic insights into operational improvements and lead change management initiatives.
• Oversee sales reporting and perform deep-dive analysis on commercial performance levers.
• Collaborate with Events Builders to provide feedback on automation tools and platform propositions.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a sales or MICE environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance metrics.
• English proficiency is required as it is the official office language.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona or willing to relocate.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and presentations.
