What you will do
- Drive customer consumption by identifying key use cases and increasing platform usage.
- Secure strategic committed deals by structuring opportunities and co-investing in high-priority initiatives.
- Prospect and generate leads using intent signals, account planning, and customer stories.
- Engage prospects through BDRs, marketing, and networks to displace incumbent technologies.
- Execute sales with compelling POVs, territory plans, roundtables, bootcamps, and events.
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce, create POCs, and handle full sales cycle to close deals.
- Collaborate with architects, professional services, and executives for customer success.
Requirements
- Proven track record in banking industry sales preferred; experience selling Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS innovation.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and consumption-driving skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous customer situations.
- Technical acumen to communicate platform value.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including BDRs and Customer Success.
- Initiative-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, gritty, creative, coachable, and open to change.
