What you will do

• Partner with the CEO on operational planning and translate strategic goals into measurable roadmaps.
• Manage day-to-day operations of support and admin teams, ensuring project delivery and blocker resolution.
• Lead SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI compliance processes using Vanta.
• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation and pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate product operations across Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding execution in coordination with parent company HR.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, project management, or business systems in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• 3-5 years of direct people management experience in operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience required.
• Compliance expertise in SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to design operational systems from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vanta or similar compliance platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to banking, credit union, or regulated financial environments.
