What you will do

• Oversee complex programmes consisting of multiple products and workstreams, coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams (AI, cloud, data, software engineering).
• Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, commercial constraints, and budgets across the programme.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and maintain delivery momentum through long-term planning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk stakeholder, commercial, and delivery challenges.
• Translate programme vision into actionable delivery plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Coach delivery managers and promote Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex digital, data, or technology programmes across multiple teams.
• Expert-level understanding of Agile and Lean practices throughout the service life cycle.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience, including budget and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and high-risk topics to senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing risks and blockers in complex environments.
• Experience coaching delivery managers and optimizing departmental delivery processes.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering programmes for public-sector or high-assurance regulated clients.
• Experience leading programmes specifically involving AI solutions, cloud platforms, or data products.
• Experience establishing programme governance and delivery assurance reporting frameworks.
