What you will do

• Work on the product roadmap and lead the strategy and launch of a mobile application in tier-one markets.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate product solutions.
• Define and track key product metrics such as retention, activation, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with design to create an intuitive, gamified UX.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, prototyping, and execution.
• Delve into the psychology of personality and psychotypes to more accurately digitalize human experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management at a Senior level.
• Proven experience leading a mobile application (iOS/Android) in tier-one markets.
• Data-first approach with strong data analysis skills for building the correct user flow.
• Experience with analytical tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase.
• High level of AI fluency – using AI tools to write, research, prototype, and build.
• Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles.

Nice to have

• Interest or background in personality psychology, psychotypes, or behavioral science.
• Experience with AI-powered and gamified consumer products.
• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment.
