Partner Success Center of Excellence Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $80,800–$116,150 base pay per year, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Establish and continuously improve the Partner Success Center of Excellence operating framework.
• Develop partner delivery methodologies, playbooks, governance models, engagement standards, templates, and escalation paths.
• Build capability-building and enablement strategies based on delivery demand, partner pipeline, product plans, and capability data.
• Support the Partner Experience Center by defining requirements for intake, triage, routing, delivery guidance, knowledge access, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled tools, agents, automation, and standardized workflows to improve partner efficiency and time to value.
• Define measurable outcomes, reporting routines, and change-management activities for partner delivery programs.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• AI fluency demonstrated through prior experience and/or certification.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, program leadership, consulting, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States; travel of up to 25% may be required.

Nice to have

• Business acumen within the SaaS industry, including revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Experience leading strategic cross-functional programs or delivery transformation initiatives.
