What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Contract Representatives to meet service-level standards.
  • Own end-to-end operational performance for Year 2 and Year 3 subscription billing readiness.
  • Monitor pipeline health and PO collection status to identify and mitigate systemic revenue risks.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and contract discrepancies.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce billing cycle times and manual effort.
  • Ensure high data accuracy across Salesforce and ERP platforms for reporting and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 6–9 years of experience in Order Management, Contract Operations, Billing, or Sales Operations.
  • 2–3 years of direct people management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
  • Background in operational excellence or process improvement.
  • Experience working in a global or regional shared services environment.
