What you will do

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts and service agreements.
• Validate billing data for completeness and compliance with subscription terms.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and customer disputes.
• Monitor account payment status and generate standard billing reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contractual alignment.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, or finance.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Experience using billing software or ERP systems to process invoices.
• Understanding of recurring billing models, subscription terms, and proration concepts.
• Must be eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
