What you will do

• Resolve internal and external customer queries quickly and accurately.
• Set up and amend customer details to ensure correct invoice reflection.
• Process billing interfaces from source systems and manage manual invoice requests.
• Manage payment allocations and perform balance sheet and supplier account reconciliations.
• Extract audit trail reports and verify customer accounts within Oracle.
• Conduct incident management through root cause analysis and preventive action planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in accounts receivables or order-to-cash.
• Experience in global shared services or multinational company environments is preferred.
• Background with Oracle, Adbook, Salesforce, Archimedes, or CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective oral and written communication skills.
