What you will do
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social) across key EMEA markets.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns to create high-quality opportunities.
- Research and identify target accounts and buyer personas to tailor messaging and outreach strategies.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate territory plans and handoff processes.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRM to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead nurturing and refine go-to-market messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, French, and English.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
- Must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.

- Additional language skills beyond Spanish, French, and English.
