What you will do

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social) across key EMEA markets.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns to create high-quality opportunities.
  • Research and identify target accounts and buyer personas to tailor messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate territory plans and handoff processes.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRM to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead nurturing and refine go-to-market messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, French, and English.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting into hospitality, travel, or technology industries.
  • Additional language skills beyond Spanish, French, and English.
