What you will do

  • Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads for the DACH market in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Engage prospects through high-volume cold-calling, networking, email campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Create and implement strategies to analyze prospect information for sales leverage.
  • Analyze client business needs and help build personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Customer Success, or Project Management.
  • Driven, persistent, and motivated by achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and making outbound calls.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Open to junior, mid, and senior levels.
