TL;DR

Director - Sales (Financials): Driving commercial strategy and revenue growth across the Financials segment in EMEA with an accent on strategic leadership, client partnership deepening, and high-performance team management. Location: Hybrid London, GB (minimum three days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Define and execute a forward-looking sales strategy for the Financials segment in EMEA aligned with global priorities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with leading financial institutions to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry forums, conferences, and executive networks.
  • Ensure operational rigor through high-quality pipeline management and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
  • Deep experience navigating complex B2B environments and managing large, multinational client portfolios.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, specifically within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to drive performance.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the London office at least three days per week.
