What you will do

• Manage and grow service accounts by visiting customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop capital plans to address short- and long-term building needs for clients.
• Prepare repair proposals and service contract bids by estimating labor and material costs.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and building owners for modernization project pre-bidding.
• Monitor contract status and ensure customer satisfaction through regular site visits.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
