What you will do
- Manage and grow service accounts by visiting customers within the assigned territory.
- Develop capital plans to address short- and long-term building needs for clients.
- Prepare repair proposals and service contract bids by estimating labor and material costs.
- Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and building owners for modernization project pre-bidding.
- Monitor contract status and ensure customer satisfaction through regular site visits.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
