TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities and guiding users through the Grafana journey with an accent on inbound/outbound lead generation and discovery conversations. Focus on leveraging AI tools for productivity, managing pipelines via Salesforce, and partnering with the Sales team to drive revenue growth.
Location: Remote (Must be located in Israel)
Compensation: 230,750 – 238,550 ILS (OTE)

What you will do
- Engage with users and prospects to provide guidance and appropriate resources.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build the revenue pipeline.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, social, calling) to target accounts.
- Manage leads and research using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve pipeline targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Must be located in Israel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Resourceful and proactive mindset in an evolving environment.
