What you will do

  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high-potential Account Development Representatives (ADRs).
  • Conduct performance coaching through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and training sessions to exceed quotas.
  • Implement and refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the EMEA market across the top and middle of the funnel.
  • Deploy the outbound playbook, including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences.
  • Oversee lead routing and SLAs to maintain high conversion benchmarks for incoming inquiries.
  • Partner with US Sales and Marketing teams to align on regional campaigns and territory operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in Account Development, SDR, or Sales within a fast-growing B2B tech environment.
  • Proven track record of overachieving personal or team pipeline targets.
  • Experience in hiring and coaching entry-level sales talent.
  • Proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven funnel analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • MBA or an equivalent strategic/analytical background.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or French.
