What you will do

  • Act as a strategic business partner by running Executive Business Reviews tied directly to client KPIs.
  • Own the full renewal cycle, forecasting risk and implementing proactive save strategies to hit retention targets.
  • Identify and close organic growth opportunities, including increased seat count and platform adoption.
  • Develop and maintain customer health frameworks using HubSpot and analytics to intervene before issues escalate.
  • Advocate for clients internally by partnering with Product, Support, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with decision-makers and C-suite budget holders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of independently managing renewals and hitting expansion targets.
  • Experience building and utilizing customer health score frameworks and leading indicators.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder accounts and conduct reviews with C-suite executives.
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM reporting.
  • English: Business fluency required; Spanish is a plus.
