What you will do

• Acquire new customers through existing networks and proactive outreach to meet commercial targets.
• Execute GTM strategies to grow business with major UK agencies such as WPP, Havas, Dentsu, Omnicom, and Publicis.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders within the advertising ecosystem.
• Identify and propose new revenue growth opportunities through active market engagement.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and marketing teams to enhance product value and expansion.
• Identify sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience winning accounts from major agency holding groups.
• Strong existing network across agency stakeholders in automotive, beauty, fashion, finance, entertainment, travel, and lifestyle.
• Proven experience in executing go-to-market plans and managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Must be based in London to facilitate regular face-to-face meetings with agency contacts.
• Ability to travel to Berlin for 1-2 days as needed.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
