TL;DR

IAM Engineer (Identity & Access Management): Designing, building, and supporting scalable identity solutions with an accent on Okta, Entra, and Active Directory management. Focus on ensuring secure, resilient access to services and data while collaborating across product and technology teams.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid model: 50% onsite attendance required).

What you will do

  • Deliver continual service improvement for all IAM services and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proactively manage and administer identity systems including Okta, Entra, and Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and delivery teams to design and build secure access solutions.
  • Provide in-depth support for project teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage SAML 2.0 integrations, user accounts, and directory synchronization.
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work onsite 50% of the time.
  • Proven experience supporting Okta, Active Directory, and Entra.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues across code, tests, and environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and 3rd party vendors.
  • Passion for delivering excellence and taking ownership of technical issues.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Jira, Sprints).
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana or Splunk.
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Shell).
  • Familiarity with GitHub and Visual Studio.
