What you will do

• Act as the first line of IT support for employees via Slack and internal ticketing systems.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning through Okta and SaaS management tools.
• Administer and maintain core business tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and 1Password.
• Manage macOS hardware inventory, including procurement, configuration, and asset tracking.
• Support SOC 2 and GDPR compliance by managing access controls, audits, and data security.
• Scale IT operations by identifying tooling gaps and streamlining support workflows.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Apple device management (Jamf preferred).
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Security-first mindset with a strong understanding of access controls and audit trails.
• Experience with or interest in supporting compliance frameworks like SOC 2.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Lumos, Drata, Rippling, 1Password, or Slack-based ticketing systems.
